Clinical Trials

Translating groundbreaking research into real-world solutions through rigorous clinical trials, while actively advancing our innovations toward market readiness to deliver impactful, accessible therapies to patients worldwide.

Clinical Trials in Action

Our clinical trials focus on translating innovative biomaterial solutions into effective therapies. One of our key projects involves Human Amniotic Membrane (HAM) as a natural scaffold for tissue engineering. To optimize HAM’s potential, we have systematically compared various decellularization protocols to identify the most efficient method for preserving its structural integrity and bioactivity while removing cellular components. Our findings demonstrated that HAMs processed with peracetic acid (2 M) showed superior performance with significant improvements.

Following these promising laboratory outcomes, we conducted animal studies and human clinical trials to validate the safety and efficacy of the peracetic acid-treated HAM. The results consistently demonstrated enhanced tissue integration and wound healing, underscoring the potential of HAM as a versatile scaffold in reconstructive surgery. Our clinical trials revealed the scaffold’s ability to promote tissue reconstruction by leveraging its preserved natural components and bioactive properties. These results represent a significant step forward in developing advanced wound care products that are not only effective but also biocompatible and safe for clinical applications.

In addition to advancing the science, we are actively working to bring these innovations to the market. By collaborating with regulatory agencies and industry partners, we are establishing pathways for scaling up production, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing cost-effectiveness. Our goal is to bridge the gap between research and commercial adoption, making new biomaterials accessible to clinicians and patients worldwide. With these efforts, we aim to contribute to the future of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine by offering reliable, market-ready solutions for complex reconstructive applications.
